Return Policies
Doll Clothes Shop is dedicated to customer satisfaction. All doll items from the Doll Clothes Shop should be perfect for your 15" Bitty Baby® and Bitty Twins® or 18" American Girl® dolls.  If your purchase does not fulfill your expectations we will gladly accept returns within 14 days or exchanges within our 30 day return period.   Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
  • Shipping is non-refundable as are the returned shipping charges*
  • We do not charge a restocking fee.
  • All returns must be in new condition with the original receipt enclosed.
  • No returns, exchanges or store credits after 30 days from our shipping date.

*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.

United States Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from Doll Clothes Shop is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight.

Packages will be shipped through the USPS with delivery confirmation.  Shipping insurance is optional but the Doll Clothes Shop is not responsible for your package once it is shipped.  To purchase shipping insurance, please click on the SHIPPING INSURANCE COVERAGE under CATEGORIES for options to cover purchases.  

International Shipping quotes available upon request.  Click on Contact Us at the bottom of the page. Send an email with the items you are interested in and your shipping address.  A PayPal account is required to order international as your order will be processed through PayPal.
